Warm Up Drill for a Workout or Mountain Biking

September 16th, 2009

Here is a new warm up drill I’ve been using in my facility. This is a great way to warm up for a workout or for a mountain bike ride. You can click on the link below the video payer to go to the source page at www.vimeo.com where you can download the IPod compatible video.

You can also click on the link below to download an overview of this warm up sequence.

I really appreciate the “intensity” of this video… it motivates me. It would help me if you created separate versions from the slower-by-necessity instructional videos that are just a quickly paced talk-through/motivational series of the workouts from your programs (accessible to members).

Sometimes, I just don’t have it in me to train alone without this kind of virtual coaching. Even going to a gym is not the same, because people there either aimlessly lift or have another routine entirely and there is no social component to inspire me.

    Hi,
couls this routine be used instead of the mobility routine described in the MTB strength program?
This seem simpler and less complex.

    Thanks,
    best regards

Yeah, you could substitute it. It isn’t as complete but hits all the major areas and is a bit more concise.
