Inner Circle Program
Warning: This cutting edge program is not for everyone. If you are happy with where you are as a mountain biker and have no desire to see you’re riding progress then you can stop reading right now.
However, if you want to improve your technical skills, climb faster, rail singletrack with more confidence and basically have more endurance and fun on the trail then this is your ticket to taking your riding to unimagined levels…
The Inner Circle Program is an extension of my blog and training facility in Grand Junction, CO. It represents the ultimate toolbox for any mountain biker who has the burning desire to take their riding as far as they can. This is the evolution of mountain bike training and includes:
- Workout of the Month: These are the exact same workouts I use in my facility to help address the mountain bike specific movements, strength and power we need to have more fun on the trail. They are not available anywhere else but on the Inner Circle website.
- Cardio Conditioning Workouts: Here you will find different cardio training workouts including the infamous Metabolic Conditioning Circuits.
- Technical Skill Training Plans: These are the training plans I have developed to help you address the specific mobility, strength and body awareness you need to develop specific mountain biking skills. These are the absolute cutting edge in mountain bike training and will help you better understand and apply higher level skills and training. These are only available through the Inner Circle Program.
- 15 Minute Workouts: These are quick workout options for traveling or when you just can not fit in a regular workout. They are not meant to replace the regular workouts but simply to give you some ideas for when something is better than nothing.
- Bonus Article: You will get to read all of my articles that I write for other magazines and websites before anyone else gets it. In addition I will be adding exclusive articles and blog posts that you won’t find anywhere else.
- Coaching Tips: These are the coaching tips I have posted where I cover techniques and coaching cues that will help you dial in your form and focus on specific exercises as well as some more general tips and advice. This is advanced level stuff I don’t discuss anywhere else but on the Inner Circle.
- Exercise Progressions/ Variations: These are videos where I demonstrate how to progress or regress specific exercises. Knowing how to add variety without getting too far away from the core movement we want to practice is a key to long term success.
- Nutrition/ Supplements: Here you will find nutrition and supplement tips and advice.
- Warm Up/ Recovery: A good workout should begin with a proper warm up and end with some recovery tactics. These are the “bookends” to a great workout and help to ensure that you get the most out of each and every training session. You will find different warm ups, stretches, self massage and other techniques and ideas for making the most out of this vital training component.
Best of all you can gain access to all of this for only $1!
I dare you to check it out and give the workouts a solid four week effort. If you have not developed better trail flow and endurance in that time then I’ll even refund your $1…you have nothing to lose but some riding partners behind you on the trail.
I’m making you this offer because I know that once you experience the increased trail flow and endurance this website will deliver you’ll want to stick around to see how far you can take it. It’s pretty exciting when you see your riding progress week after week, month after month and year after year.

After that you can keep current with the cutting edge of mountain bike strength and conditioning for only $17 $12 a month and you can quit anytime you want, plus you can keep all of the video and other downloads you got while you were a member.
