    I started using the foam roller at the gym based on something I saw in one of your other videos. I’m a couple of weeks into it and my IT bands are still painful to work. It may be 25 years of accumulated cycling stress. Now if I could just get the gymrats to stop staring at me while I’m rolling around I’d be set :)
