Stretching, Walking and Throwing Rocks – I Get Interviewed by The Regular Guy Mountain Biking Show

Earlier this month I had the pleasure of talking with Gene Arnold on his Bike Chat, which is part of his Regular Guy Mountain Biking Show. Gene is a regular guy with a passion for riding and he likes to share that passion with his fellow riders by interviewing people and reviewing stuff that he thinks they would find interesting.

It was a great 30-minute talk about stuff  – like how stretching, throwing rocks at trees and going for a walk can help improve your riding…and how it all comes down to perspective. I also talk about the Catalyst Pedals and why they are the platform your feet have been looking for.
