    Excellent. Thanks for the insight. Now please show a Tabata style workout – maybe abbreviated – that we could use. There are certainly details of this that you could demo or describe especially since form and technique and/or timing and focus seem to be crucial.

      Thanks for the compliment. As for demonstrating a workout, I guess I’m a bit confused. The method I recommend in the video is to jump rope during the 20 second intervals. Try to get as many turns of the rope in as possible during your first interval and then try to match or beat that number each subsequent interval.

      You are right that form is important which is why you want to pick something relatively simple for your modality. For example, power cleans would not be a good choice. I’ve seen some pretty shady jump rope form but nothing that will outright injure someone which is why I like to use it as a conditioning method.
