That’s it for now, I’ll be back on Wednesday with a sneak peak at my favorite part of the the new workouts – the Bodyweight Flows. Bridging the gap between Mobility and Strength, these exercises re-teach us to move with grace and “flow”.

They are also a wonderful ways to improve shoulder strength and upper body stability, two things we desperately need as mountain bikers. Taking you back to when you were a kid and exercise was also known as “play”, you’ll have fun with the exercises and love the results.
