Hey james, I am considering buying this program to replace my current training program, as of right now i go to the gym 4 times a week mon-thurs, and then break friday, then ride mx or mtb on saturday or sunday. I do about 40-50 min of cardio on each of those gym days, then about 20 min of weights, every day being a different set of weight exercises. I feel like the weight training i am doing doesn’t necessarily lend itself to riding any better, so i want to start something like your db combo program. Is this something i can do instead of my normal weight lifting? I still want to do 30-45 min of cardio, and then do weights 4 times a week, so is this program something that i can do 4 days in a row?

I wouldn’t do it 4 days in a row but you could do it 3-4 times a week. I know that it can help you based on the feedback I’ve gotten from hundreds of riders who have done it – or at least the previous versions – and for $27 with a 60 day money back guarantee you can’t really go wrong.
