Happy New Year! I hope you had a great 2015 and that 2016 treats you even better.
I also know that you are probably pretty busy today so I’ll today’s post short.
First, I want to say thanks for all of you support this last year. My goal is to make sure that you have access to the info that I didn’t have access to when I started riding. I started MTB Strength Training Systems almost 11 years ago so I could share the lessons I was learning with my fellow riders and I’m really glad that so many of you have benefited from that mission.
Second, I wanted to share a few of my favorite posts from the previous year. You may not have seen all of them yet or you might see one you read before but want to check out again. Either way, I’ve had a great time this year posting stuff to help your riding and I’ll keep working hard to get you the best mountain bike specific training and skills info next year as well.
