I came up with this exercise at home the other day because I didn’t have an Ab Wheel for the ab rollouts I had planned. I decided to try it without the Ab Wheel and realized that I actually like this exercise better as a mountain bike core training exercise.
I call it the Kneeling Inch Worm and while I am sure I didn’t invent it, I wanted to share this killer ab exercise so you can try it the next time you workout. I really like it as a core training exercise for mountain biking because it challenges the upper back and shoulders as well as the mid-core and it exposes left/right imbalances that just using an ab wheel won’t.[bjyt url=”http://youtu.be/oOs5HSl744k” width=”600″ height=”335″]
