My Interview on The New Standard Podcast

I hope you had a great weekend and got some good rides in. I had the chance to try out the new DH trails at the local mountain just 45 minutes from my house last week, really excited about having some lift access trails so close to home.

A few weeks ago I was interviewed by the podcast The New Standard Podcast about my approach to mountain bike training. The host Ilan Rontenburg had some good success from one of the free programs I have at www.bikejames.com and wanted to help spread the word about what a good strength and mobility program can do for your riding.

I had a good time talking with Ilan about mountain biking, including why I don’t race, how to make time for training, how to stop “strength training” and focus on your movement practice and much more.
