This last month was a busy one for me with MTB Strength Training Systems. Besides getting a new website done (check it out if you haven’t seen it yet) I also had the chance to work with a lot of riders through my new facility.

First the Primal Skills Camp where 4 riders came for two days of learning how to improve their fitness and skills. It was a great chance to show them the new training system I’ve been working on using the different types of isometrics I’ve been experimenting with. I also showed them how easy riding your bike can be when you understand the right problems to solve.

The next weekend I had 9 riders show up to the free skills clinic I hold the last Saturday of each month. After having only 1 rider show up to the first couple of them I’m really stoked to see more riders showing up to work on improving how they move on and off the bike.
