    hey james, I was wondering if coconut water(O.N.E, or vitacoco are the two I buy) and whey protein is a good pre workout drink? I have OJ and whey post workout but its too heavy for me before. What are your thoughts on coconut water?

      Coconut water is great stuff but it is a bit short on the carbs for a real pre-/ post workout drink. Maybe mix some honey or some other simple sugar into it.
