Well, this is it…the last blog post for 2013. Since I usually use the last post of the year to go over the lessons I learned from the previous year I figured I’d keep with tradition for the most part and post a new podcast sharing those lessons with you.
Included in those lessons are…
1 – Sometimes it is good to take a step back from riding to gain a fresh perspective and appreciation.
2 – Variety is greatly overrated and using the same workout for 4-6 weeks can produce some amazing results.
3 – The real progress comes from nervous system adaptations, not metabolic adaptations.
4 – Antifragile: The term I’ll be using a lot in 2014
For some reason the podcast it cut short at the 10 minute mark, will have to redo it and post it again, sorry about that!
