Simple tips on how to avoid pain and discomfort during the Bulgarian Split Squat

One of my favorite leg exercises for mountain bikers is the Bulgarian Split Squat/ RFESS, however I hear from a lot of riders who experience discomfort, pain and general awkwardness with it. A lot of this has to do with getting set up right and in this video I show you some simple tips on how to get set up properly and avoid some common issues with the exercise.
