An overlooked aspect of training for mountain bikers is the stagger stance we find ourselves in on the bike. This stance is especially important for working on your switch foot stance – working on your balance in that stance in gym will really pay off on the trail. In this video I go over two stagger stance power exercises I use to add some variety to my workouts while working on this important movement skill.
