As you know combo drills are one of my favorite ways to build trail endurance for mountain biking. This combo drill combines the TGU and the Deadstop Swing into one brutally awesome strength and cardio builder. Here is the breakdown but you’ll want to check out this video to see how to do it.
Clean & Press R/ hold lockout
TGU R (go down and then back up)
Deadstop Swing X 5
Clean & Press L/ hold lockout
TGU L (go down and then back up)
Deadstop Swing X 5
Repeat for 2 minutes
Rest for 90 seconds
Go again, repeating interval 2 more times
