Can you make a dynamic exercise more isometric by sloving down and pausing at the end og the range og motion?
Yes, I think that this is why “tempo training” where you assigned a speed to each portion of the rep was/ is effective. By slowing things down and adding pauses at the bottom you start to tap into the isometric side of the spectrum.
