TRX & Kettlebell Routine for Mountain Bike Training

Here is a great 4 exercise circuit using two of my favorite tools, the TRX and a kettlebell. As we start riding more, using short, super efficient routines like this are the key to staying consistent with your routine even though you’re riding more. This workout will help you pedal harder, corner better and climb faster where it counts most- on the trail!

  1. I appreciate you posting up your expert information and new exercises on the web like you have been doing. Its a useful resource. However getting 2 or 3 e-mail a week from BikeJames is too much, and I reckon a lot of your other customers are feeling the same way.
I take the time to unsubscribe from e-mails from companies I have legitimately done business with. However it is far easier to click a spam button to get rid of the unwanted e-mails. You don’t want people doing this as it is a rapid road to an email blacklisting for your whole company, and that’s hard to come back from.
There’s some free advice from my area of expertise.

Why not just unsubscribe? Despite your assessment of the situation I have very few complaints about spam since it isn’t spam – calling my newsletters spam doesn’t make it so, spam has a specific definition and if you can’t see the difference then perhaps it isn’t your area of expertise. Not trying to be a smart ass but there are other avenues to express this other than hijacking a comment thread on one of my posts, plus you are simply wrong both in your assertion that a lot of my customers don’t enjoy hearing from me on a regular basis or that I am spamming you. Here is a link to the definition of spam and, as you can plainly see, what I do isn’t spamming…

Again, you freely gave me your email address and I send out emails anytime I post something new on my blog – that is a very common practice and much less than some other people I subscribe to, one of whom sends out 2 emails per day. Or, you could get an email address specifically for newsletters so you don’t have to see them everyday and can simply go in and check them out a couple times a week. Plenty of options for people when it comes to dealing with newsletters that don’t involve reporting non-spam emails as spam just because they are too lazy to click the unsubscribe button or don’t know what spam email really is.

@BikeJames keep on sending more emails.
I live on the other side of the world and your ideas, books and comments are brilliant. No one in my country has the techniques you recommend and all your info works, keep up the great work.
@Richard, just a few words in a nice way, “Now really is there nothing better to do”.
