TRX & Kettlebell Routine for Mountain Bike Training

Here is a great 4 exercise circuit using two of my favorite tools, the TRX and a kettlebell. As we start riding more, using short, super efficient routines like this are the key to staying consistent with your routine even though you’re riding more. This workout will help you pedal harder, corner better and climb faster where it counts most- on the trail!

    Hi James,

    Great combo. Can you clarify further when do you switch sides in this combo. Do you do both sides in the same set, or do you switch sides between sets and how many reps/sets there are in total per side?

      I’ll do both sides each time through the circuit, so doing my left and right side would count as 1 set. Hope this helps…

    So for example, with the clean into a side press exercise, you would do 6 reps with the left hand, then 6 reps with the right hand, and then move to a next exercise?
