First, I wanted to say that I had a lot of fun during the webinar yesterday. I got the chance to share the Top 5 MTB Exercises that I have found transfer the best from the gym to the trail, which should save you a lot of time and frustration. Like I found out early on in my strength training career, not all exercises are created equal and some give much better results than others.
