Over the last few weeks I’ve talked about the opening of my new MTB performance training facility, The Catalyst Training Center. I opened it to act as my base of operations as I introduce the new tools and training methods I’ve been using and sharing them with the MTB world.
While I’ll be sharing a lot of great content from what I’m doing there, I wanted to give riders who want to get some hands on training the chance to do that. I’m only able to share a fraction of what I’m learning through my blog and the only way to get the full experience is to come hang out with me for a couple of days.
That’s why I want to invite you to join me for the first 2 day camp I’ll be holding there. Being held September 21-22, this is a return of the Primal Skills Camps I held a couple years ago and it is a unique chance to learn the latest trends in MTB fitness and skills training.
The idea behind the Primal Skills Camp is to help you tap into your body’s true potential through the best strength and mobility training while also helping you apply those “primal movement skills” to the bike.
From breathing and meditation to advanced strength training strategies like Horizontal Loading and Banded Isometrics, we’ll cover everything you need to move, feel and perform better on and off your bike.
In addition, we’ll also be working on your bike skills, helping you improve everything you do on the trail. Using my unique insights into applying basic human movement skills to the MTB specific skills you use on the bike, I’ll show you how to tap into and apply your true movement potential to the trail instead of just giving you the “steps” behind each technique.
This combination of off- and on-bike training using methods and insights you won’t find anywhere else makes this a singularly unique experience for the right rider. If you’re interested in getting and staying ahead of the curve with MTB fitness and skills training then click the link below to learn more and reserve your spot.
You’ll learn more at that website but I will tell you that there are only 5 spots available, plus I’m throwing in an Early Bird Bonus if you sign up before the end of the month. This bonus is pretty sweet and retails for almost half the price of the camp itself.
Look, I know that this camp isn’t for everyone. Time, travel and money can all make it tough to make it here, which is why I try and share as much info as possible with the MTB world through my other platforms.
But if you’re one of the riders who sees the value in this opportunity and how it can impact your riding now and for years to come then click the link above to learn more and reserve your spot today. I hope to see you at the camp in September and, if not, then I hope you’ll be able to benefit from the things I’ll be sharing from it.
Until next time…
