    Will I need just one kettlebell to complete the 12 week program or will I be increasing weight as the program progresses?

      It is designed so that you only need one kettlebell but as you get stronger you may want to invest in another heavier kettlebell. I recommend a 12 kg KB if you don’t have much strength training experience (3 years or less) and a 16 kg KB if you have over 3 years strength training experience. Hope this helps…

    I am stoked about your program…after I let go of my ego. I will let you know the results after the 12 weeks. I feel it will help my MTB and XC skiing. Over the last year I went from novice to expert class with consistent training of 10 + hours per week.=.I am counting on your prgram to help me increase my training hours, effectiveness of training and help me move into the Elite ctateogory (CAT 1) next spring…my focus for 2012 is 24 hour Races and Enduro races…I want the poduim! Thanks for your detailed program presentation.
