Winner of the free program plus Release Weekend Special

Alright, it’s finally done! I’m proud to announce that I released the new MTB Kettlebell Conditioning Program last night at the conclusion of my online clinic. It has been a big project for me and I’m very happy with how it came out and the amount of support I’ve received so far.

To celebrate I’m going to be having a release weekend special on this all new program. Now only will you get the regular program but I’m going to be throwing in some great bonuses, including video demos, nutrition handouts, an 8 week “on bike” cardio training plan and three all new warm up drills.

This upgraded package will sell for $67 after this weekend but you can get it right now for only $27…so don’t wait, this price will be gone for good after this weekend.

You can get your copy of this program plus all of the bonuses at

I also wanted to congratulate Vance McMurray who won the drawing for the free program from the blog contest yesterday and Ian Verhey who won the Facebook drawing. Shoot me an email with where you want me to send your download link so I can get you your free program.

Look for the replay of the online clinic to get posted tomorrow, in the meantime go get your copy of this all new program that is guaranteed to help you ride faster, longer and with more confidence on the trail with a single kettlebell.

Will I need just one kettlebell to complete the 12 week program or will I be increasing weight as the program progresses?

It is designed so that you only need one kettlebell but as you get stronger you may want to invest in another heavier kettlebell. I recommend a 12 kg KB if you don’t have much strength training experience (3 years or less) and a 16 kg KB if you have over 3 years strength training experience. Hope this helps…

I am stoked about your program…after I let go of my ego. I will let you know the results after the 12 weeks. I feel it will help my MTB and XC skiing. Over the last year I went from novice to expert class with consistent training of 10 + hours per week.=.I am counting on your prgram to help me increase my training hours, effectiveness of training and help me move into the Elite ctateogory (CAT 1) next spring…my focus for 2012 is 24 hour Races and Enduro races…I want the poduim! Thanks for your detailed program presentation.
