    I just wanted to say that last week I came across this video demo, and I have incorporated the exercises into my daily routine. It has helped tremendously with my tight hips. Just thought this demo needed a revisit.
    Had some lower back soreness last week, now its all gone.

    I ran across across a post you had on IT Band soreness as mine is sore after an epic ride, I just want to thank you for this stretching routine. After just one time I already feel better. My goal is to do this routine before my rides.
