Combo Drill for Mountain Biking Endurance Training

Combo drills are one of the best ways to build cardio endurance for the physical demands of mountain biking. Here’s a combo drill I had been using a couple years ago and recently came across this video demo. If you are using this as a conditioning workout in conjunction with another workout then just do 3 rounds.
