Interesting tips as usual. Just wondering what is the “back arch” Nathan is referring to?

When you see most riders they have a rounded lower back and have lost the natural arch you would see in the low back when standing. Losing that arch is very tough on the discs in your low back and being aware of it and doing some stuff off the bike to improve your core strength and hip mobility so you can achieve a better back arch will improve your pedaling power and decrease low back pain.
