This is a collection of drills I learned from the Gray Cook kettle bell DVD Kettle Bells From the Ground Up. I had one of the guys I train with shoot this video this morning as I showed the crew how to do it. It’s a great way to loosen up the neck and shoulders while getting the hips and core activated.
