    hi James
    I really like this video. I’ve been doing towel swings for a while now and almost after every workout (once a week) I have sore hamstrings from the swings . Does that indicate good movement or am I doing something wrong?

      Yes, feeling it in the glutes and hamstrings is what you want. Towel swings are a great teaching tool but don’t use them too much – you want to do regular swings as soon as possible.
