As you probably know I am a huge fan of Mike Boyle his training philosophies. He is a great source of common sense combined with decades of real world experience but his stuff can go against the grain. He has riled a lot of strength coaches with some of the stuff from his new product and this is a pretty funny video about him in general. Beware, if you do CrossFit, like to run, like steady state cardio, yoga, bilateral squats or fluffy kittens you will be offended (alright, maybe not if you like kittens but the rest of you will be pissed)…
