I recently had a rider ask me about the “bulge” he noticed in his lower abdominal area. It wasn’t fat but more of a lack of muscle tone. This is actually more common than you may think and besides looking bad is will actually affect your hip function. Not having the control and strength in the lower abdmonial wall to resist the forward rotation of the pelvis is the culprit and requires a lot of hip flexor stretching and some specialized ab work.
