RKC Plank for Mountain Biking

Some additions to the regular plank that I learned at my RKC weekend. These additions really enhance the effects of this great core training exercise for mountain biking.

    James.. this is great exercise. Thanks for posting this. It’s exactly what I needed for strengthening my lower back. I’m doing 1 min holds with 1 min rests ( 3 reps) and can’t believe how sore I am. This is the only exercise I found that actually targets the lower back almost exclusively. IMO, this really should be a “must do ” exercise for everyone, regardless if you are a mountain biker or not.
