Sometimes the simple workouts are the most effective. Here is what I did in the gym today…

Deadlift X 5 reps

Weighted Chin Ups X 5 reps

Side Press X 5 reps

Double KB Swing X 20 reps

Ab Wheel Rollout X 5 reps

I did this circuit twice and walked out of the gym. Quick, easy and super effective.
