Table Stretches for Mountain Biking

Some stretches I’ve been using in my facility using a massage table or a high bench. Great for opening up the tight hips so many mountain bikers suffer from.

hey James, when i try to do the first stretch for the hips in this video i am no where near getting my knee on the table. Is there a good stretch you could show us as a lead into this one. i feel that i am so far away from doing this one well that there might be a good stretch i could do before this one.
hope you can help thanks for all the great vids you put up they are really helpful and unique.
i ll still race in clipless pedals though haha

You should be able to do it on a lower table or a bench. You can even start on the floor doing what they call a pigeon pose in yoga. Hope this helps.
