The Turkish Get Up (TGU) is one of my all time favorite exercises and I have spent years working on and appreciating the nuances of it. However, after all these years I still learn something new about it every now and then – like the TGU with a press. In this version you do a press at each step of the TGU, which turns it into a totally different experience. Check out this video to see it in action and give it a shot next time you train.
