I have to admit that I was pretty blown away by the response I got to the free No Gym, No Problem Workout Program giveaway – with 120 comments it seems that bodyweight exercises are very popular with riders who read my blog! Thanks to everyone who took the time to post a comment, glad to see that single leg squats, bridges and handstand push ups and other hard core calisthenics I’ve been talking about were making the list along with a bunch of staples like push ups and Bulgarian Split Squats.
