World’s Fastest Warm Up Drill

Sometimes you just don’t have a lot of time to get a good warm up in. Well, with this time crunched warm up drill that is no longer an excuse. Getting warmed up and mobile before strength training is very important and increasing mobility is a must for mountain bikers so this drill should come in handy.

Hey James – great stuff as always. Quick question – if you aren’t able to do the shoulder dislocations with perfect form, what should you do? Just get the stick as far over/back as possible and work on ROM over time?

@ Simon – Yeah, work with what you have. I actually prefer to use a small strength band, like a mini or super mini band, or some rubber tubing for this movement. It will let you keep better form, especially if you are tight in the shoulders.
